Following the Delhi High Court's denial of anticipatory bail for former trainee IAS officer Pooja Khedkar, she now faces the imminent threat of arrest. Pooja Khedkar's relentless pursuit of becoming an IAS officer has left many astonished by her actions. IAS Puja Khedkar UPSC Exam: Allegation No. 1- Changed parents' name

In the investigation surrounding Pooja Khedkar, the UPSC uncovered that she altered both her name and her parents' names to secure additional attempts at the UPSC exam. The UPSC's report indicated that during the preliminary examination of her documents, it was evident that Pooja had violated the rules set forth by the UPSC for the Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2022.

Allegations suggest that Pooja Khedkar engaged in age-related fraud using falsified documents to qualify for the UPSC examination, exceeding the maximum number of attempts permitted for selection in the UPSC Civil Services. To facilitate this, she modified various personal details, including her photograph, signature, email ID, and mobile number.

Puja Khedkar OBC Certificate: Allegation No. 3 - Took advantage of the non-creamy layer

Additionally, Pooja Khedkar is accused of obtaining a fraudulent OBC certificate and successfully passing the UPSC Civil Services exam under the OBC non-creamy layer quota, despite owning assets valued between 17 to 20 crores. It is important to note that only candidates whose family's annual income is below Rs 8 lakh are eligible for the non-creamy layer benefits.

Puja Khedkar Disabled Certificate: Accusation number 5 - Fake disability certificate

Puja Khedkar is also accused of falsely proving herself disabled. She took advantage of a fake disability certificate and appeared in the UPSC exam. She told a hospital in Pune that she had a disability in her knee, whereas according to the report of the physiotherapy department here, Pooja Khedkar does not have any disability.

Pooja Khedkar Test: Allegation number 6 - did not get the test done in AIIMS.

There is also an allegation against Pooja Khedkar that she did not get her test done in AIIMS even after UPSC asked her to do so. On 22 April 2022, Pooja was asked by UPSC to get tested in AIIMS, but Pooja refused to go citing Corona as an excuse. She was given a second chance on 26 May, but even after that, she did not go. After this, on 1 July, 26 August, 2 September, and 25 November 2022, Pooja was also asked to go to AIIMS and get tested, but she did not go Pooja got a medical certificate from a private hospital and gave it to UPSC.
