About Ms. Ruchika Dhingra

Ms. Ruchika Dhingra is a highly experienced Senior Faculty Member at FIRST IAS INSTITUTE, specializing in CSAT (Civil Services Aptitude Test) and DAF (Detailed Application Form) Mentorship for the UPSC Civil Services Examination. With more than 18 years of dedicated teaching experience, she has mentored and trained over 2,000 UPSC aspirants, helping them strengthen their aptitude skills and confidently prepare for the Personality Test stage of the Civil Services Examination.

She holds a B.A. (Hons.) in English and a Master's Degree in English, giving her a strong academic foundation in language, comprehension, communication, and analytical reasoning. Her expertise enables her to simplify complex aptitude concepts while helping aspirants develop effective problem-solving techniques and confident communication skills.

Ms. Dhingra has personally appeared for the UPSC Civil Services Examination Personality Test (Interview) twice, providing her with valuable first-hand insight into the expectations of the Interview Board and the overall UPSC selection process. Drawing from this experience, she guides aspirants on presenting their personality, achievements, educational background, work experience, and career aspirations with confidence and authenticity.

Her CSAT classes focus on strengthening logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, reading comprehension, analytical ability, and decision-making skills through concept-based learning and extensive practice.
