How to Submit a Formal Grievance

  • Include your full name, registered mobile/email, branch (Delhi / Gurgaon / Online), and enrolment details
  • Describe the issue clearly with relevant dates and supporting facts
  • Use a clear subject line, e.g. “Grievance – [Your Name] – [Topic]”

Expected Timelines

We aim to acknowledge formal grievances within a reasonable working period and to provide a considered response after internal review. Complex matters may require additional time for verification.
