This Refund Policy forms part of the enrolment terms of FIRST IAS INSTITUTE (“the Institute”) for all classroom, online, hybrid, and related UPSC / Civil Services coaching programmes offered at Delhi (Hauz Khas), Gurgaon (Sector 14), and Online.

Zero Refund Policy

No refunds will be granted once enrolment is done. FIRST IAS INSTITUTE has a Zero Refund policy, even if the candidate wants to discontinue the course for any personal reason. Fees paid towards admission, course packages, test series, study material, or related academic services are non-refundable and non-transferable after enrolment is confirmed.

Scope

• All offline classroom programmes (with or without optional subjects)
• Online live / recorded programmes and hybrid batches
• Mock tests, test series, and related academic add-ons purchased with or after enrolment
• Registration / admission / counselling fees where applicable

Personal Discontinuation

Change of career plans, relocation, health reasons, exam schedule changes, joining another institute, or dissatisfaction with personal progress does not create a right to refund after enrolment. Students are advised to clarify batch timings, fees, and course coverage before confirming payment.

Misconduct & Termination

If enrolment is cancelled or access is withdrawn due to misconduct, violation of Institute rules, fraud, or abusive behaviour, no refund shall be payable for unused portions of the course.

Course / Schedule Changes

The Institute may revise class schedules, faculty allocation, or delivery mode (within academic reasonableness) to maintain teaching quality. Such operational changes do not entitle a student to a refund.

Acknowledgement

By completing enrolment and paying fees, the student (and parent/guardian where applicable) acknowledges that they have read and accepted this Zero Refund Policy along with the Institute’s Terms and Conditions.
