Governing law

These terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of India.

Courts

Subject to applicable law, the courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes between the student (or website user) and FIRST IAS INSTITUTE.

Online programmes are administered from the same organisation. Jurisdiction remains as stated above unless a written enrolment document says otherwise.
