- a. No refunds will be granted once the enrollment is done, FIRST IAS INSTITUTE has a Zero Refund policy, even if the candidate wants to discontinue the course for any personal reason.

Attendance and Punctuality:
- a. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes promptly.
- b. Excessive absenteeism may result in dismissal, and makeup classes are subject to availability.

- a. Students must adhere to a code of conduct, respecting instructors, staff, and fellow students.
- b. Any form of academic dishonesty, including plagiarism, will result in disciplinary action.

- b. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

- b. Students are responsible for regularly checking their provided WhatsApp messages and other communication platforms.

Dismissal and Withdrawal:
- a. The institution reserves the right to dismiss students for violation of terms or inadequate academic progress.
- b. Students may voluntarily withdraw from the program, but refunds are subject to the refund policy.
